I grew up in the northeast of Thailand in the Chaiyapum region.

At the age of 16, I went to the cooking academy in Khonkan, which is close to my hometown. I moved to Bangkok when I was 20 and, having worked hard, opened my own Thai restaurant. I ran this restaurant for seven years before moving to England.

I have always been interested in cooking and love everything to do with food and creating new and exciting dishes. It makes me extremely proud when people enjoy my cooking.

I started my business after inviting friends around for a meal. But I never found the time to sit down and talk and enjoy their company as I was so busy in the kitchen. It would not be until the following day that I finally had the time to sit back and relax!

My personal favourite dish? Thai papaya salad, because there are so many wonderful flavours in this single dish.
